“The miracle tree,” or moringa, is a local crop. The leaves and seeds are a true “superfood,” precious and nutrient-dense. Each serving of moringa leaves contains more iron than spinach, calcium than milk, more protein than eggs, and vitamin A than carrots.

In various areas of Ghana’s northern region, moringa plants grow. It has also been observed to grow naturally. According to expectations, it plays a significant part in combating illnesses and boosting bodily resistance.

Moringa has been used for generations due to its therapeutic qualities and health advantages, as well as its antifungal, antiviral, antidepressant, and anti-inflammatory activities, it has been used for generations. Moringa is exceptionally low in fat and free of dangerous cholesterol. It also contains a variety of minerals and proteins. Many parts of the fruit, flowers and young pods are said to be heart stimulants and improve blood circulation.

The advantages of moringa are as follows:

The protein in moringa nourishes and shields the skin and hair. It aids in preventing damage to skin cells and can effectively treat skin sores and infections. Additionally, it has detoxifying and moisturising components that are good for the skin and hair.
